Through the public expose marathon in the BEI, Wednesday (8/8), CASS revenue increased to Rp 981.2 billion in the first half of 2017 from Rp 863.7 billion in the first semester of 2016.
In the first half of this year, CASS started earning revenue contribution from CAS People’s newly acquired business line in May 2017. This business line is run by PT Jakarta Aviation Training Center (JATC), which is 51% owned by CASS.
CASS President Director Diono Nurjadin said, with the new business in the field of vocation (skills), the company has received additional revenue JATC. Contribution from CAS People’s business line reached Rp 18.79 billion to the company’s revenue.
In addition to JATC, CASS also earns revenue from its CAS Destination and CAS Food lines. CAS Destination contributed Rp 771.85 billion in the first half of this year. Meanwhile, CAS Food contributed Rp 162.71 billion.
Rising earnings also boosted corporate profits. At the end of June 2017, CASS posted a profit of Rp 69.2 billion, growing 26.7% over the same period last year of Rp 54.6 billion.
