The Ramp Safety Campaign 2018 was held at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, Tangerang from February 5 – 12, 2018. The campaign, which was initiated by PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero), also took the whole community in the airport. On that occasion, PT Angkasa Pura II President Director Muhammad Awaluddin symbolically opened the Ramp Safety Campaign 2018 by reading out the safety commitments. This commitment, among other things, holds the principle of safety in the planning and implementation of work, and provides optimal resources to achieve safety standards.
In the event attended by the Airport Authority, Immigration, Customs, Quarantine, Basarnas, AirNav, JAS Airport Services, JAS Aero, AOC International, AOC domestic, Pertamina and all the Airlines, Mr. Awaluddin explained that Main Branch Office Soekarno-Hatta Airport is on a regular basis since 2013 held such activities every year. The hope is that all stakeholders in Soekarno-Hatta Airport could improve and cultivate the importance of flight operational safety.
