PT Cardig Aero Services Tbk (CAS Group) obtained the Effective Statement Letter from BAPEPAM-LK No.S-12603 / BL / 2011 for public offering at 313,030,000 shares to the public. The CAS Group (CASS) shares are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on December 5, 2011.
Dividend Information
Based on the Articles of Association, the Company can divide the whole net profit for a fiscal year to the Shareholders, while taking into consideration the need for internal cash. The decision to disburse dividends is the right of the shareholders which is executed in the GSM.
Based on the Company’s Annual General Stockholders Meeting dated June 21, 2017, the distribution of the Company’s annual dividends for 2016 was approved amounting to Rp 12,125,179,500 which was paid in July 21, 2017.
Based on the Company’s Annual General Stockholders Meeting dated June 30, 2016, the distribution of the Company’s annual dividends for 2015 was approved amounting to Rp 23,624,274 which was paid in August 10, 2016.
Based on the Company’s Annual General Stockholders Meeting dated June 19, 2015, the distribution of the Company’s annual dividends for 2014 was approved amounting to Rp 43,825,950 which was paid on June 30, 2015.
